Troubleshooting

Most checker issues can be resolved without uploading any data anywhere:

  • File not appearing? Select both files from one export: followers_1 and following, in HTML or JSON.
  • Unexpected result? Use a newly requested export and choose the All time date range so the two files describe the same snapshot.
  • Need the full explanation? Read how Unifolllow calculates a result, including limitations of export snapshots.

Technical Assistance

If you still need help, email a short description of the file names, file format, browser, and any message you saw. Please do not send your export, password, or a list of account names.

System Status

The checker is a static browser tool, so it has no account service or upload server to monitor. If an Instagram export format changes, we will document supported behavior in the FAQ and update the result methodology.
