We welcome feedback, but we do not present invented, anonymous, or unverified comments as visitor stories.
We may publish a short experience only when the contributor has approved the wording and chosen name or handle. We edit submissions only for length, clarity, or privacy—not to make a claim sound stronger.
We do not publish placeholder testimonials, copied comments, private export data, account names, or claims that the checker can access Instagram. At present, this page does not publish individual visitor stories. That is intentional: keeping the page honest is more useful than filling it with thin content.
For practical help, read our result methodology or visit contact and support. Please do not send your Instagram export; the checker is designed to keep it on your device.
Useful reports tell us which file format was selected, what browser was used, and what result or message appeared. They never need to include a password, a complete export, or a list of other people’s account names.
The checker compares two exported snapshots. It can show that a handle is in one file and not the other, but it cannot explain a person’s reasons or show changes made after the export was created. A fresh, same-export comparison gives the clearest result.
